Once register the customer and vendor in this app, the customer can easily contact with vendor.
The customer needs any new product, just select the product like cctv, computer or laptop etc., send the request to the vendor.
Once the request is send, the vendor receive the request from the customer.
The vendor have two options one is accept the request or otherwise forward that request to another vendor.
The vendor accept the request, send automatically message to the customer.
Then the Customer needs services for the repaired products, send service request to the particular vendor.
My Device Doctor App allows you to keep detailed records of your requested services on your mobile device as well as update the Vendor details and movement in real time.
